JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Presidential Palace Complex not spared from floods caused by heavy rains in Jakarta, Monday (09/02/2015) morning until this afternoon. Exactly in front of the Presidential Palace, Jalan Merdeka Utara, water seemed flooded roads making it difficult for motorists to pass.
