He said that the flood plains downstream of Ciliwung river was expected to arrive about nine to eleven hours after 23:00 pm Wednesday or on Thursday ( 30/1 ) at 08.00 until 10.00 hrs .
" At 23:27 pm on Wednesday , the water level reaches a height of 220 cm Katulampa , and is now entering the first level of alert , " said Sutopo .

One more victims were found in the basement of the building evacuation in UOB Plaza on Jalan Sudirman , Central Jakarta , on Friday ( 19/1 ) at 05:30 pm by KOPASKA Navy SAR team , District Military Command and the Department of Fire and Disaster Management ( Fire and Disaster ) Establishments .
