According Ucok if the Court granted the petition JR then ascertained the status of SOEs as public bodies will just go away , so that companies will be a private company which is no longer subject to government regulation .

As is known SOE Forum Law Bureau has filed a judicial review to the Court . The trial was already underway a few times , but not yet out of the ruling of the highest court in the enforcement agencies of the Republic of Indonesia .
