PDI-P faction chairman Puan Maharani asserted, and Taufiq Kiemas meeting with President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono at the State Palace on Wednesday (12/26/2012) and did not discuss politics, especially to open coalition with the Democratic Party in 2014 Presidential Election .
He said, coming just for gathering and providing Taufiq Biography book entitled "Nationality Gelora unflagging." The book was launched today to commemorate the birthday-70.
"My visit with Mr. Taufiq some time ago met President Yudhoyono was purely silahturahmi visit. Mr. Taufiq to submit a book launch today personally to the President. So we came to the president not to talk politics. We remain consistent government will not go as we would have to wait until 2014, "he explained after Taufiq Anniversary Celebration of the 70 years in Balai Kartini, Jakarta, Monday (31/12/2012)
Puan said today he will not wished to determine the coalition in the upcoming 2014 presidential election. PDI-P himself has yet to determine which candidates will advance in 2014.
"I do not want to speculate because no decision who will then forward. To be sure there are no lasting kolaisi, we'll see how the 2014 legislative election since Election 2014 forward of course we do not own but have to do with the other political parties, "he explained.
